What FastFlats is

FastFlats is a chat tool that searches rental posts from public Facebook groups in Bengaluru. We are not a broker, an agent or a landlord, and we are not a party to any rental you arrange.

Listings

Listings are written by other people. We do not check them, so a flat may be described wrongly, priced differently or already taken. Visit the flat and check who you are dealing with before you pay anything.

Answers

Answers come from an AI model and can be wrong, including travel times and distances. Use them as a starting point, not as advice.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. Do not use FastFlats to harass the people behind listings, and do not copy listings out of FastFlats in bulk or by automated means.

Chats and payment

• Your first 3 chats are free. A chat is one conversation of up to 10 messages.
• After that you can buy chats in a pack. The price is shown before you pay (now 20 chats for ₹1,000).
• Payment is a one time charge through Cashfree Payments. Chats you buy do not expire.

Changes

We may change FastFlats or these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
